THE CHALLENGE

Our challenge was to create awareness and intrigue in support of Red Bull Studios Future Underground series within close proximity of London venues, encourage people to search online to find discover further info about Red Bull future underground and ultimately contribute to the sell-out the concert series.

In addition, it was important for us to deliver messages with an ‘urban’ vibe which would relate closely to the target audience.

THE EXECUTION

Application of 125 stencils across various East London locations targeting popular music venues which attract the target demographic.

We created a detailed site recce plan which plotted the suggested placement locations, negotiating permissions with the target venues and providing photos of each placement area.

The second stage ran on the nights of the events involved a series of light projections onto the venue buildings. The content changed each night to reveal the artist that would be performing.

THE OUTCOME

All venues were sold out each night and Red Bull received a large amount of social media amplification.
