Experiential Marketing

EXPERIENTIAL MARKETING IS STILL CONSIDERED ONE OF THE NEWER MARKETING TRENDS ALTHOUGH IT HAS MOVED ON A LONG WAY FROM THE SHOPPING CENTRE PRODUCT SAMPLING ACTIVATIONS OF 20 YEARS AGO. AMBIENT ARE CONSTANTLY INNOVATING AND LOOKING FORWARD TO NEW AND EXCITING WAYS OF ACTIVATING BRAND EXPERIENCES AND INFLUENCING SHOPPER BEHAVIOUR. GET IN TOUCH TO DISCUSS HOW WE CAN HELP YOU.

The possibilities when conducting experiential marketing are pretty much endless so how do you ensure that the experience for your brand is going to be the most effective and exciting it can be…? Speak to the experts. We have been planning and conducting brand experiences for years and can recommend just the right location, mechanic and approach for your campaign.

“By failing to prepare, you are preparing to fail.” Sounds naff, but it couldn’t be more true in the world of experiential marketing. Our bullet-proof internal systems and processes ensure all bases are monitored and covered when it comes to planning an experiential campaign; from ensuring all permits and passes are in place to fully briefing all staff and suppliers involved in a campaign.

We understand that in the world of live events and promotions times are constantly changing and we like to move with them. If mid-way through a campaign changes need to happen then we will work quickly to implement them! Our account management team oversees the entire campaign delivery process. We keep a close dialogue with our client, operations team and our promotional staff during the running of a campaign to ensure things are constantly working in the most efficient and effective way and to ensure we can adapt to any changes if need be.

Ambient have their own production facility in Essex to take care of all stand build, design and logistics.
Our experience rigging team will also be on hand at every installation and decommissioning to ensure the finest quality builds and a smooth process in both build and removal.

Our unique approach focuses on applying a series of psychological influencers which we have identified to enhance the emotional effect of a campaign and ultimately increase its behavioural influence.

Our approach to Experiential Marketing

An experience is defined by emotion and how someone feels directly affects their actions. At Ambient we believe that by putting the emotional impact of an experience at its heart enables us to build profound and enduring relationships which fundamentally influence how audiences behave.

Experience is defined by Emotion. So, we create Experiences design for Emotion.

The emotional effect is amplified by the adoption of our unique “key psychological influencers” which we have developed to maximise the return on investment and create campaigns which not only deliver impact but are also designed to resonate with an audience and continue to influence long after the activation itself.

Of course, there is a lot which goes into the planning of an experiential marketing campaign and we always begin by understanding our client’s objectives and never forget the essentials:

  • Location
  • Training
  • Engagement (digital or real-world)
  • Amplification (social, video etc)
  • Measurement

Once these fundamentals are established we’re able to develop a campaign which is carefully crafted to meet our client’s objectives and (with the application of our psychological influencers) take things well beyond.
