Anyone who wants to learn more about experiential marketing and the latest promotional strategies that will help boost brand awareness might be interested in the 2016 Experiential Marketing Summit.

The event, which opened on Wednesday (May 4th) and will continue till Friday, is being held at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver, USA.

More than 1,500 marketers from America and around the world will head to the conference with the aim to learn more about the latest trends and best practices.

A spokesperson for the event said: “At the Summit, you’re not passing the heads of experiential marketing from Pepsi, Microsoft, Cisco, Bacardi, Intel, Red Bull and dozens more in the hallway – they’re your actual teachers, along with hand-picked design experts, strategy chiefs and bestselling authors.”

Among the events taking place during the summit are master classes from bestselling authors, afternoon workshops, and exclusive keynotes where you can receive opinions on the future of marketing from Pepsi vice-president of consumer engagement Adam Harter and Chobani’s chief marketing office Peter McGuinness.

Companies that have launched innovative experiential marketing strategies this year could even receive recognition at the Ex Awards, taking place during the evening dinner gala on the opening night.

Finalists for the 23 categories include MasterCard, American Express, Google, PepsiCo, HP, Intel, Facebook, Audi and LinkedIn.

Those who visit some of the 80 sessions that are being held throughout the three-day event may come back with plenty of ideas to boost their company’s marketing campaign. Indeed, their concepts might prove so effective, they could be in with a chance of walking away with an award at next year’s prize-giving ceremony.
