A CREATIVE OOH EXPERIENCE
Unleash Your Inner Rockstar
The Challenge
To create more shareable content, build brand awareness and amplify Rockstar’s presence while increasing engagement. The goal was to design an interactive, shareable experience that would resonate with festival-goers, reinforce Rockstar’s iconic image and establish a meaningful touchpoint with the audience. A key aspect of this challenge was to ensure that attendees not only engaged with the brand on-site but also shared their experiences across social media, thereby extending Rockstar’s reach beyond the physical event space.
The Execution
We brought a high-energy experience to life with a branded activation at Leeds Festival, TRNSMT Festival & St. Enoch Centre, people were invited to embody their inner rockstar. Attendees stepped onto a Rockstar-branded podium and struck their best rockstar pose as the Glambot camera captured their moment in high-definition slow motion. Each participant’s clip was instantly accessible at a ‘share station’ nearby, allowing them to download and share it across social media platforms, with Rockstar branding prominently featured in the overlay and frame. This dynamic setup not only attracted a steady stream of participants but also created an eye-catching spectacle for onlookers at the festival.
The Outcome
The Rockstar activation was a success, drawing hundreds of people to enjoy the Glambot experience and generating a flood of branded, shareable content on social media. The seamless integration of Rockstar’s branding across the podium, Star model, hoarding, and share-station interface ensured that the brand was consistently at the forefront of participants’ experience.
