The Challenge

As part of IWC Schaffhausen’s ambitious plans, a Global toolkit was developed to be rolled out around the World with the aim of bringing the World of IWC to destinations around the World for people to discover IWC’s most iconic pieces like never before.

Our challenge was to bring the IWC Big Pilot Roadshow to life across England, Scotland and The Netherlands. A challenge made even more complex due to the timing and COVID-19 travel restrictions in place at the time.

The Execution

Over a 3 month period, the Big Pilot Roadshow went live across 6 UK locations (1 week per location), and 1 weekend in Den Haag, The Netherlands. Delivering a premium experience to customers and driving direct sales and hosting several VIP events, the roadshow exceeded expectations in delivering sales and a destination where people could discover IWC’s most iconic pieces like never before.

As well as providing an end-to-end solution for planning, logistics, management, installation and staffing, we created video (including drone footage) and photo content used to promote the events.
