Lavazza was looking for a temporary presence in shopping centres in the busy run-up to Christmas to promote their range of A Modo Mio caps coffee machines and in particular the new range of EcoCaps, their fantastic home compostable coffee capsules.
Ambient designed and built a bespoke Lavazza pop-up store with space for coffee machine demonstrations and sales to be installed in 5 different Intu shopping centres for 5 weeks running up to Christmas. Each centre was staffed by Ambient staffing who underwent in-depth training on the machines.
Our teams sold an impressive 1,369 machines, generating significant revenue and generating new long-term eco- caps customers.
